Richmond International Raceway & BUBBA burger to Feed Michael Waltrip Racing
Trevor Bayne’s Signature BUBBA burger Winner Earns the Entire Shop Lunch
BUBBA burger®'s Bernard Williams, SPEED's Rutledge Wood, Track President Doug Fritz and BUBBA burger®'s Patrick Patti congratulate Trevor Bayne.
Richmond International Raceway and BUBBA burger® are teaming up once again—this time to make good on the promise of rewarding Trevor Bayne and his team a BUBBA burger® lunch for winning the Signature BUBBA burger® Contest last month. Representatives from America’s Premier Short Track and BUBBA burger® will provide lunch for not only Bayne’s team, but the entire Michael Waltrip Racing organization on Wednesday, June 2.
Last month, Bayne submitted his creation for the Signature BUBBA burger® Contest. His entry consisted of a Certified Angus BUBBA Beef® BUBBA burger®; Swiss, American and cheddar cheeses; bacon; mayonnaise and ketchup. Fan voting earned him a spot in the finale, which was held at the track prior to the BUBBA burger 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race. In the end, the panel of judges named him the winner over Coleman Pressley and Scott Lagasse Jr.
Upon announcement of the contest, BUBBA burger® pledged to award the winning driver a BUBBA burger® lunch for his entire team. But BUBBA burger® is taking it a step further and invading Cornelius, NC with a truck full of BUBBA burgers® and providing lunch for all of Michael Waltrip Racing.
BUBBA burger® is the Official Burger of Richmond International Raceway and served as the entitlement sponsor of the April 30, 2010 BUBBA burger 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race.
The BUBBA burger® has become America’s #1 selling branded frozen burger. The BUBBA burger® is designed to be cooked frozen. So whether you choose to grill it or cook them in a skillet they are “Simply Delicious.” Find them in your local grocer’s freezer! And remember, Bubba says, “You’ll Never Bite A Burger Better Than A Bubba!” For more information on BUBBA burger®, please visit www.bubba-burger.com or The Official BUBBA burger Fan Page on Facebook®.
