Country Music Star Rodney Atkins to Join Matt Kenseth and Crown Royal in Announcing April NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Race Naming Rights to Soldier

Atkins to incorporate winning-soldier’s name into song in patriotic ceremony from Daytona International Speedway in February

Country music star Rodney Atkins (left) and Matt Kenseth will join Crown Royal in announcing the winner of the "Your Name Here" contest in Daytona.

Crown Royal, along with NASCAR driver Matt Kenseth and country music star Rodney Atkins, announced Atkins will perform a song from Daytona International Speedway in February 2011 to reveal the winner of this year’s Crown Royal “Your Name Here” program. The annual program awards naming rights to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond International Raceway on April 30, 2011 to an adult serviceman or servicewoman.

Designed to honor America’s finest, this marks the second time throughout the five-year history of the Crown Royal “Your Name Here” 400 contest that only individuals serving our country can be nominated. Nominations will be accepted from now until November 30, 2010 and can be submitted to www.nascar.com/crownroyal.

Throughout the program, Atkins and Kenseth will continue to remind adult race fans of the importance of drinking responsibly.

The Saturday night, April 30, 2011 Crown Royal Presents The Your Name Here 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race highlights the Spring 2011 NASCAR Doubleheader Weekend at Richmond International Raceway. Tickets for the Crown Royal Presents The Your Name Here 400 go on-sale Friday, January 14, 2011 at 9 a.m. The weekend also includes the BUBBA burger 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race on Friday night, April 29, 2011.
