TORQUE Club FAQs
Q.) What is the TORQUE Club?
A.) The TORQUE Club is the members only Executive Club Level at Richmond International Raceway, located high above the front stretch in the Commonwealth Tower, providing unparalleled track views, along with first class amenities and service.
Q.) What are the hours of operation for the TORQUE Club?
A.) On Fridays of NASCAR weekends, the TORQUE Club opens at 8:45 a.m. On Saturdays of NASCAR weekends, the TORQUE Club opens at 2:00 p.m. The TORQUE Club closes one hour after the conclusion of the race.
Q.) Does the TORQUE Club provide indoor or outdoor seating?
A.) The TORQUE Club is comprised of two areas: outside, reserved stadium-style seating and inside Club/Lounge area seating. The inside lounge area is a 15,000-square–foot, air-conditioned facility with plasma televisions, two bars, buffets, private restrooms, a merchandise sales area, table seating, as well as high-top tables and seating along the glass-enclosed area to view the race indoors.
Q.) Which events are included in the TORQUE Club package?
A.) TORQUE Club members receive a ticket for six (4) event days throughout the season. The events include the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series races (traditionally held in May) and the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series races (typically held in September).
Q.) What is included in the TORQUE Club package?
A.) TORQUE Club members receive:
- Unlimited food and beverages (soft drinks & water);
- Eight (8) adult beverage tickets per weekend (1 ticket is redeemable for beer and wine; two tickets are redeemable for mixed drinks);
- Pre-Race Pit Passes (issued in the Club each day; dress code and age restrictions may apply);
- Official Souvenir Program;
- Preferred members only parking;
- Private elevator and restroom access.
Q.) Can I bring a different guest to each event?
A.) TORQUE Club members receive individual tickets for each event day. You are free to pass these along to guests of your choosing from event to event.
Q.) Can I bring my own food and beverage inside the TORQUE Club?
A.) Food and beverage purchased at the concession areas within the race track gates will be allowed inside TORQUE. Outside food and beverage and coolers are not allowed in the TORQUE Club. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed to be taken in or out of the Club.
Q.) Is smoking allowed inside the TORQUE Club?
A.) The TORQUE Club and its outside seating are smoke-free environments. Smoking is allowed in the concourse area directly outside of the Club.
Corporate Suites FAQs
Q.) What are Corporate Suites?
A.) Corporate suites are a great way to entertain employees, sponsors and clients in a private, indoor, climate-controlled environment, all while enjoying the racing excitement at America’s Premier Short Track We offer 30- and 60-person capacity suites that overlook the front stretch and Turns 1 and 2.
Q.) What are the hours of operation for the Corporate Suites?
A.) The Corporate Suites open at 2:00 p.m. on each event day and close one hour after the conclusion of the race.
Q.) What is included with the lease of a suite?
A.) Each suite customer receives:
- Thirty or 60 suite admissions along with five (5) worker passes;
- Preferred parking adjacent to the suites;
- Pre-Race Pit Passes (dress code and age restrictions may apply);
- Company name recognition outside of your suite;
- Private elevator access;
- Private restrooms.
Q.) Is food and beverage included in the rental of the suite?
A.) Food and beverage must be ordered in advance through Americrown Service Corporation, the exclusive caterer of Richmond International Raceway. Coolers are not permitted into the suites.
Q.) Am I allowed to decorate my suite?
A.) Yes, with prior approval from Richmond International Raceway. At the conclusion of your lease, suite must be returned to the condition in which it was received.
Pit Stop Club FAQs
Q.) What is the Pit Stop Club?
A.) The Pit Stop Club is an all-inclusive, turn-key, climate-controlled hospitality option for groups of eight or more.
Q.) What are the hours of operation for the Pit Stop Club?
A.) The Pit Stop Club opens at 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays of each race weekend and closes 30 minutes prior to the start of the race.
Q.) What is included with the Pit Stop Club package?
A.) Pit Stop Club packages include:
- All-inclusive food stations and beverages (beer, wine, sodas and water included; mixed drinks available at additional cost);
- Reserved grandstand admission in the Commonwealth Mezzanine, located on the front stretch;
- Pre-Race Pit Passes (dress code and age restrictions may apply);
- Official Souvenir Program;
- Reserved table seating;
- Company recognition on each table;
- Music and games;
- Driver appearances.
Capital One Corporate Hospitality FAQs
Q.) What is Capital One Corporate Hospitality?
A.) Capital One Corporate Hospitality is an indoor, climate-controlled pavilion comprised of private corporate entertaining areas for groups of 30 or more.
Q.) What are the hours of operation for Corporate Hospitality?
A.) Corporate Hospitality opens at 2:30 p.m on Fridays of NASCAR weekends and 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays of NASCAR weekends. Corporate Hospitality closes 30 minutes prior to the start of each race.
Q.) What is included in the Corporate Hospitality?
A.) Corporate Hospitality includes:
- Private (sections off by pipe and drape) hospitality area with tables, chairs and buffet lines;
- Preferred parking near the hospitality area;
- Pre-Race Pit Passes (dress code and age restrictions may apply);
- Company designation at your entrance.
Q.) Are food and beverage included in the purchase of Corporate Hospitality?
A.) Food and beverage must be ordered in advance through Americrown Service Corporation, the exclusive caterer of Richmond International Raceway. Coolers are not permitted inside Corporate Hospitality.
Q.) Are race tickets included with the purchase of Corporate Hospitality?
A.) Race tickets must be purchased separately. Richmond International Raceway will make every effort to group your seats together.
Q.) Am I allowed to decorate my hospitality area?
A.) You are free to decorate your hospitality site as you wish.
Q.) Are show cars allowed inside the Corporate Hospitality sites?
A.) Any requests for show car displays must be made two weeks prior to the race weekend. Richmond International Raceway will make every effort possible to accommodate this request. Client must adhere to all Henrico County Fire rules and regulations relating to vehicles inside Corporate Hospitality.
Displays FAQs
Q.) What is a Corporate Display?
A.) A Corporate display is a dedicated space reserved for your company within our main display midway area at the Track during our race event weekends. Corporate Display partners have the ability to showcase their products and services to our guests that are here for the race weekend. Display partners also have the ability to conduct product sampling, name and/or lead generation, and product demonstrations within their designated display area.
Q.) When can I start set-up?
A.) Set up can take place as early as Tuesday of race week. Your display will need to be set-up and in place within your designated display footprint by 5 PM on Thursday of race week.
Q.) What is required prior to set-up?
A.)Full payment and a certificate of insurance must both be on file with the Track prior to arrival and set-up.
Q.) Will I need worker passes?
A.) No. The display area is located outside of the main ticket gate area.
Q.) Do I receive parking passes?
A.) Yes. Each display receives six (6) parking passes for their display. They are set-aside and available for pick-up at the Track credential office on race week.
Q.) Is electrical power provided?
A.) No. All displays must provide their own self-contained power units (generators).
Q.) Can I stake within my footprint?
A.) Yes, however we would prefer that water barrels be used. Should you choose to stake within your footprint, you are required to fill in the holes prior to your departure.
Q.) Is there security for my display?
A.) Richmond International Raceway provides roaming security around the grounds during the race weekends. It is strongly encouraged that each display partner provide security for their display. Security must be requested three (3) weeks prior to race weekend.
Q.) When can I disassemble my display?
A.) You can disassemble your display once the final event for the weekend is completed. For the safety of our fans we ask that you start once the display midway area is clear of pedestrian traffic.
