    IndyCar Drivers Gearing Up for Indianapolis 500 Before Return to Richmond

    The IndyCar Series is in the middle of its 24-day celebration of "The Greatest Spectacle in Racing"—the Indianapolis 500. Although the 93rd running of the event won't drop the Green Flag until Sunday, May 24, there has already been some great on-track action at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This past weekend, the IndyCar Series drivers—the same men and women who will race in the SunTrust Indy Challenge at Richmond International Raceway on Saturday, June 27—took to the track for Pole Day and Second Day Qualifying.

    Kyle Busch dominated the last 50 laps to win the Crown Royal Presents The Russ Friedman 400 at Richmond International Raceway on his 24th birthday. Busch won the Lipton Tea 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race Friday night at America's Premier Short Track as well.
