1. How do I get tickets for Richmond International Raceway events?
Tickets for the April 25-26, 2014 NASCAR weekend go on sale January 15, but fans who subscribe to receive promotional e-mails can purchase two days early. Click here to subscribe. Check back for more details about dates and ticket renewal information for the September 5-6, 2014 NASCAR weekend.
2. What are the ticket office hours?
The Richmond International Raceway Ticket Office hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Ticket agents are available via phone seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. by calling 866-455-RACE (7223).

4. Are the ticket prices the same for children?
For NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races, we offer a special Family Section presented by Virginia529 College Savings in Colonial section E. In the Family Section, drinking alcohol is prohibited, and kids 12 and younger are admitted for a special price for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races. You must call the Ticket Office directly at 866-455-RACE (7223) to purchase the specially priced kids tickets available in this section. Children are admitted at $25 off the adult price in all other seating areas for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races. Everyone, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket for NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races.
In addition to the kids pricing for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races, Richmond International Raceway offers special kids pricing for 3-Wide, which is our fan hospitality area, offered on NASCAR Sprint Cup Series event days.
5. What payment methods does Richmond International Raceway accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Payment by check, money order, traveler's checks, cash and PayPal are also accepted. Personal checks are not accepted race week.
6. What is the size limit for coolers?
Guests may bring in one 14" x 14" x 14" soft-sided cooler. For a complete list of rules and regulations, please see our Grandstand Policies.
7. What happens if the event is postponed or rescheduled because of inclement weather?
No refunds will be issued. In the event that the race will be postponed or rescheduled for another day or time, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date. Please note: NASCAR and RIR officials will exhaust all efforts to ensure scheduled events take place on the originally scheduled day until official notice.
8. Do you offer camping on site?
RVs, campers, motorhomes and oversized vehicles may park in our BLUEOX Meadowbridge Reserved RV Parking - Lot J area (see next FAQ). These sites do not offer hook-ups of any kind. Currently, there is a waiting list for our reserved camping spaces. Click Here for more information on camping.

9. Does the track charge for parking?
Daily automobile parking is free on Richmond International Raceway property. RVs, motorhomes, campers and oversized vehicles without a reserved space will be parked in BLUE OX Meadowbridge Reserved RV Parking - Lot J. Overnight parking is not allowed in any other lot. 10. Does RIR offer a shuttle service?
Yes. A shuttle may be taken from The Richmond Coliseum on NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race days. The Richmond Coliseum parking area at North 7th Street in downtown Richmond is open and offers free shuttle rides to fans on NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race days. The shuttle service back to the Coliseum parking area resumes immediately after the conclusion of the race from the track's main entrance. The shuttle is free but a $10 parking fee applies at the Coliseum lot, which is conveniently located less than five minutes from the intersections of I-95 and I-64. Shuttle service begins at 1 p.m. on Saturday for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race.

11. I moved, and I don't want to miss my renewal! How can I change my address?
You may change your address over the phone at 866-455-RACE as long as you can verify certain information regarding your account. You can also mail or fax the request, along with a copy of the photo ID and signature of the account holder on file. Also, include any changes of phone numbers and email addresses, if applicable. 14. Can my friends and I access the Pits or Fan Hospitality areas?
There's always more than a race going on at Richmond International Raceway, and you can get in on all the action with all-inclusive Fan Hospitality access as an individual or small group. There are Fan Hospitality areas specific to a certain race or to a whole weekend. Each package guarantees a unique experience with special appearances by NASCAR drivers and personalities. Fan Hospitality areas also include all-you-can-eat food, beverages, adult beverage tickets for those 21 and older, hospitality tent access, pre-race pit pass*, souvenir program and entertainment.
