1. How do I get tickets to Richmond International Raceway?
Don't miss your chance to experience all the short track action of NASCAR at Richmond International Raceway in 2010 as tickets for the September 11 Air Guard 400 – ‘One Last Race To Make The Chase’ NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race are on-sale now.
Tickets are also on-sale for the Virginia 529 College Savings 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race to be held on September 10. For the NASCAR Nationwide Series race, we offer reserved and general admission tickets. Children 12 and under admitted free with a ticketed adult in general admission sections.

2. What are the ticket office hours?
The Richmond International Raceway Ticket Office hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Ticket agents are available via phone during the day and after office hours and on weekends by calling 866-455-RACE (7223).

4. Are the ticket prices the same for children?
Children 12 and under are admitted free in the general admission seating areas with a ticketed adult at both of the Spring and Fall NASCAR Nationwide Series races.
For both NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races we now offer Special Family Sections presented by Virginia 529 in Dogwood sections N & O, as well as Colonial section E. In these Family Sections presented by Virginia 529, smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited and kids 12 and under are admitted for half price for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races. You must call the Ticket Office directly at 866-455-RACE (7223) to purchase the specially priced kids tickets available in these sections. Children are admitted at the adult price in all of the other seating areas for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races. Everyone, regardless of age is required to have a ticket for both NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races.
In addition to the new kids pricing for the Sprint Cup Series races, Richmond International Raceway now offers special kids pricing for the Friday, September 10 Scotts Turf Builder Party Zone and the Saturday, September 11 Scotts Turf Builder Green Flag Zone fan hospitality areas.
5. What payment methods does Richmond International Raceway accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Payment by check, money order, traveler's checks and cash are also accepted. Personal checks are not accepted race week.
6. What is the size limit for coolers?
Guests may bring in one 6" x 6" x 12" soft-sided cooler. For a complete list of rules and regulations please see our Grandstand Policies.
7. What happens if the event is postponed or rescheduled because of incelement weather?
No refunds will be issued. Tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date.
8. Do you offer camping on site?
RV’s, campers, motorhomes and oversized vehicles can park in our Meadowbridge Park – Lot J area (see next FAQ). These sites do not offer hook-ups of any kind. 9. Does the track charge for parking?
Day parking of automobiles is free on Richmond International Raceway property. RVs, motorhomes, campers and oversized vehicles without a reserved space will be parked in Meadowbridge Park - Lot J and charged $80 for the weekend or $60 for Saturday night only. 10. Do you offer shuttle service?
Yes. Shuttles may be taken from two locations on NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race days. The Richmond Coliseum parking area at North 7th Street in downtown Richmond is open and offers free shuttle rides to fans on NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race days. The shuttle service back to the Coliseum parking area resumes immediately after the conclusion of the race from the track's main entrance. The shuttle is free but a $6 parking fee applies at the Coliseum lot, which is conveniently located less than five minutes from the intersections of I-95 and I-64.
Fans can also park their cars and RV's at The Showplace and take a free shuttle ride to Richmond International Raceway on NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race days. The Showplace is conveniently located less than three miles from Richmond International Raceway at 3000 Mechanicsville Turnpike and is just ¼-mile off of I-64 at exit 192. The cost for parking at The Showplace is just $5 per car and $25 per RV. The Showplace parking lot will open at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday and offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the track beginning at Noon until after the checkered flag. The shuttle will operate continuously on Saturday with pick-up at the Showplace lot and drop-off at the main entrance to Richmond International Raceway at the corner of Laburnum Avenue and Richmond-Henrico Turnpike. Throughout the day and after the checkered flag, the shuttle service will have pick-up service back at the main entrance of Richmond International Raceway at the corner of Laburnum Avenue and Richmond-Henrico Turnpike. 11. I moved, and I don't want to miss my renewal! How can I change my address?
Richmond International Raceway now allows you to change your address over the phone at 866-455-RACE as long as you can verify certain information regarding your account. You can also mail or fax the request along with a copy of the photo ID and signature of the account holder on file. Also include any changes of phone numbers and email addresses, if applicable. 13. I own a small business … how can I entertain a few guests at Richmond International Raceway on race day?

14. Can my friends and I also enjoy the Fan Hospitality Zones?
There's always more than a race going on at Richmond International Raceway, and you can get in on action with an all-inclusive Fan Hospitality package as an individual or small group. There are Fan Hospitality Zones specific to a certain race or to a whole weekend. Each guarantees a unique experience with special appearances by NASCAR drivers and personalities. Fan Hospitality passes also include all-you-can-eat food, beverages, adult beverage tickets for those 21-and-older, hospitality tent access, pre-race pit pass*, souvenir program and entertainment. *Guests must be 18 years of age or older to utilize Friday pre-race pit pass. Pit road dress code applies on Friday as well (No sleeveless shirts, no open toe shoes and long pants required).
