Gate Policy:
NO RE-ENTRY. Unauthorized duplication or sale of a ticket may prevent your admittance to the event. All items brought through a grandstand gate will be inspected.The following items are NOT PERMITTED thorough grandstand admission gates:, glass containers, pets, beach balls, coolers and insulated cups of any size, strollers, umbrellas, seats with arm rests and firearms, fireworks and items restricted by Local, State or Federal laws. Restricted items MAY NOT be left in or around the gate area. Unattended items left in the gate area will be disposed of by RIR. The above items are subject to change without notice. Enhanced security procedures will be in effect.

For consideration which Holder acknowledges, Holder expressly agrees: all Ticket Sales are Final. No Money Refunded. No Exchanges. In the event of postponement of the event, the ticket will be honored on the date the event is held. Richmond International Raceway (“RIR”) is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
The date and time of the event(s) listed are subject to change by RIR or the sanctioning body of the particular Event. Holder assumes responsibility for verifying the dates and times of the Event(s) prior to travel or other arrangements in connection with the Event(s).
The Holder of this ticket expressly assumes all risk incident to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event and agrees that all participants, sanctioning bodies, and all employees, agents, officers, and directors of RIR, its parent, its affiliates, limited liability companies and subsidiaries are hereby released from any and all claims arising from the event, including claims of negligence.
Holder irrevocably grants to RIR and its assigns, licensees, affiliates and successors the right to use Holder’s image, likeness, voice, actions and/or statements in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. Holder hereby waives any and all claims that Holder may have for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, infringement of copyright or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to any utilization of Holder’s image as described herein.
Tickets and other admissions materials obtained from sources other than RIR and its affiliates may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and in such cases will not be honored. Tickets may not be resold at a price higher than printed on the ticket. Tickets may not be resold for any price on Raceway property. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests, sweepstakes or giveaways) or other trade purposes, without the prior express written consent of Richmond International Raceway.
