Laburnum Ave (at the corner of Laburnum Ave and Richmond-Henrico Turnpike/Meadowbridge Rd) or by visiting www.rir.com. Reserved tickets for the Lipton Tea 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race will also be available starting on this date.
