Due to inclement weather, the Lucas Oil USAC National Sprint Car Series race originally scheduled for Friday night, will be run Saturday at 11:00 a.m. The USAC garage will open at 8:30 a.m. Spectator and grandstand gates will open at 10:30, where all Friday tickets will be honored. The grandstands will be cleared and closed at the conclusion of the sprint car race, and will re-open for Saturday ticketholders at 2:00 p.m. Saturday's on-track activities include the USAC Silver Crown Series 100, where Chilean native Pablo Donoso will battle outside polesitter A.J. Fike into turn one when the green flag drops at 5:15 p.m. The SunTrust Indy Challenge Presented by XM will begin at 7:30 p.m. "under the lights" when Dario Franchitti leads the field to the green flag. The starting grid for the race was set according to entrant points, putting Franchitti on the pole. Franchitti's Andretti Green Racing teammate Tony Kanaan will start second. Tickets are on sale now for Saturday night's SunTrust Indy Challenge Presented by XM IndyCar Series race at Richmond International Raceway. Saturday night's ticket includes a seat for the USAC Silver Crown Series 100 race. Tickets are $35 (reserved) and $30 (general admission). Children 12 and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult in general admission sections. The weekend starts Friday with NBC12 Day featuring pole qualifying for the IndyCar Series and the USAC National Sprint Car Series race. Friday's ticket includes an autograph session with all of the IndyCar Series drivers. All tickets for Friday are $15. Children 12 and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult.
